The mission of Guttenberg Gallery & Creativity Center is to provide opportunities to learn about and participate in the arts. We are a volunteer driven, private non-profit gallery and art studio that is available to the community and its visitors, housed in a 200 year old, historic, limestone building. The building is a stand alone art fixture, built by a German family of three, with natural materials gathered from the area. Guttenberg Gallery artists are hosted on the main floor and enhanced by an on-site Espresso Cafe and private, outdoor Courtyard seating. Our second floor art studio operates as a retail studio with opportunities to paint ceramics, work with warm glass, stained glass, pottery, mosaics, and jewelry. This space is also available for private parties.

We advocate for and represent artists from Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and other states. Artwork is represented in numerous mediums including paintings, pottery, jewelry glass, wood, silver, and textiles.

We believe that creativity is the ultimate form of self expression and by participation of such, one becomes their own natural support system.
