Cultivating the land has run in the Harmston family blood for generations. So when Peggy moved back home to the hills of Massbach, they started their search for what the ridges of their rural land could support. The start of the vineyard at Massbach Ridge was in 2000, with the Massbach tasting room opening in late 2003. We started with just a few styles of wines and have expanded to over 15 wines.
